Hello and welcome to my website. I will use this site for information about childbirth, babycare, breastfeeding, resources, and services offered.
I teach Childbirth Preparation, Childbirth Refreshers, Natural Strategies for Coping with Pain in Childbirth, Babycare, Breastfeeding, and Preparing for Twins classes in the Bay Area. I am a practicing Birth and Postpartum Doula as well. My goal is to provide you with accurate information/resources that may help guide you in discovering, planning, and creating the right birth and parenting style for yourself/family.
Remember that there is no one right way for everyone. Giving birth and parenting is a process of learning, self discovery, and a joyous adventure. I wish you well for this new path you are on!
