At this website you will find classes for expectant and new parents, resources galore, and handouts for all the classes I teach in the Bay Area. My goal is to provide you with accurate information/resources that may help guide you in discovering, planning, and creating the right birth and parenting style for yourself/family.

Remember that there is no one right way for everyone. Giving birth and parenting is a process of learning, self discovery, and a joyous adventure. I wish you well for this new path you are on!

Birth- noun- the emergence of a baby; the start of life as a physically separate being.

Lore- noun- all the facts and traditions about a particular subject that have been accumulated over time through education or experience.
